It's important to note that Longo's gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds once they are used. In the unfortunate event of loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of your Longo's gift card, any remaining value cannot be replaced. However, if your Longo's gift card is damaged, you can have your balance transferred to a new card by contacting their guest care team. Longo's gift cards hold no cash redemption value, and they neither expire nor impose additional fees.
